1. Ownership of website material<\/h2>\n

Website text, original product photographs, diagrams, catalogs, videos, logos and layouts are owned by us or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Third-party material does not become our property merely because it appears on this website.<\/p>\n

2. Use for product evaluation and purchasing<\/h2>\n

You may view, download and share product information and catalogs within your organization, and with advisers or contractors helping you evaluate an ARIK purchase. Keep existing attribution and rights notices, preserve the meaning of technical information, and identify the source where practical. This permission supports evaluation, purchasing, installation planning and use of products you obtain from us.<\/p>\n

This permission does not authorize public republication, resale of the material, or use of the ARIK identity as your own business identity. Uses permitted by applicable copyright law remain available.<\/p>\n

3. Catalog and image use by distributors<\/h2>\n

Ask us for written permission before using our photographs, videos, catalog layouts or logos in a public store, marketplace listing, advertisement or distributor website. We can confirm the files, channels and permitted modifications for the proposed use. A purchase or wholesale inquiry does not itself grant a public brand or advertising license.<\/p>\n

Use current specifications and accurate product images. Do not create a false impression of exclusive distribution, certification, local stock or service coverage that we have not agreed.<\/p>\n

4. Customer designs and private label materials<\/h2>\n

Your logos, drawings, packaging artwork and other materials remain subject to your rights and those of their owners. By supplying them, you authorize the use reasonably needed to evaluate, quote, sample and fulfill your request, including necessary disclosure to manufacturing or service partners involved in that work. You should have authority to provide those materials.<\/p>\n

We do not treat that limited permission as permission to publish your designs or customer identity in a case study or advertisement. Tooling ownership, development results, exclusivity and confidentiality requirements should be agreed separately in writing for a custom project.<\/p>\n

5. Brand names and compatibility references<\/h2>\n

ARIK names and logos may not be used to imply an affiliation or authorization that does not exist. Other manufacturers\u2019 names and model references belong to their owners. A compatibility reference identifies an intended application; it does not by itself establish endorsement, a dealership relationship or that another manufacturer\u2019s warranty applies.<\/p>\n

6. Permission requests and infringement reports<\/h2>\n

For an infringement report, identify the work or right you represent, the location of the disputed material and a way to contact you. We will review the information and respond as appropriate.<\/p>\n
