Match the Tools to the Installation Method

Start with the flooring format and how it will be fixed. Sheet flooring can require fitted seams and coved details. Gluedown planks and tiles need the cutting and pressing method specified for their system. Rigid-core products follow their locking-joint instructions. Build the tool list from those operations, then add welding tools only when the flooring specification calls for a welded seam.

Gluedown planks and tilesCheck the required cut and pressing method.
Rigid coreFollow the product's locking-joint instructions.
Specified seam treatmentAdd welding only for a specified welded seam.

Choose the Cut You Need to Make

Separate a sizing cut from a fitted seam, wall edge, cove or repeated strip. Each needs a clear reference and enough room for the tool to move. Review the cutter against the named flooring construction and proposed cut. For fitting details, compare the working edge and guide position rather than assuming that the largest tool can reach every corner.

Keep Field Rolling and Local Pressing Separate

Check the flooring and adhesive instructions for the required field-rolling method. Compare the heavy rollers against that requirement, then review smaller pressing tools for places the main roller cannot reach. A doorway edge and an open floor area are different access conditions. The local tool helps complete the specified detail; it does not change the required operation on the main floor.

Restricted accessIdentify areas the main roller cannot reach.
Local pressingCheck the permitted contact face and tool.

Build the Seam Stages Only When Required

A specified welded seam needs more than a heat source. Prepare the groove, choose a gun or automatic welder for the layout, match the nozzle and rod, then finish and inspect the cooled seam using the flooring procedure. Keep groovers, welding tools and trimming tools as separate line items. A convenient machine format does not remove a preparation or finishing stage.

Check the Floor Detail Before Completing the List

Review where the installation changes: doorways, pipe cut-outs, wall ends, coves and restricted seams. Add a detail tool only for a task that is actually present. Take a clear photograph showing the material and the available working space. Use that record to review the tool’s approach, finish point and handling, then remove items that serve no operation on this job.

Send a Tool List That Follows the Job

List the flooring product, fixing method and required seam finish with the tools and quantities you are considering. Add photographs of restricted details and the blade or nozzle you already use. For powered tools, include the destination supply details. For a distributor order, identify the products you want to evaluate or replenish so the enquiry can address each item clearly.

Questions fréquemment posées

Check the named flooring product and its seam instructions. Add welding tools only where the installation procedure calls for a welded seam. Gluedown and locking-joint planks or tiles need the cutting, fitting and pressing operations specified for their own system.

Check the flooring and adhesive instructions for the open-floor operation and the permitted local method. A hand roller can help reach a restricted detail, but convenient access does not establish that it provides the field-rolling method required for the installation.

Build the list from the operations on your job: sizing, fitting, pressing, seam treatment and any coved detail. Include only tools that serve a specified operation. Record restricted areas so an additional detail tool has a clear purpose in the enquiry.

Send the product names or models, configurations, quantities and delivery destination. You can include mixing buckets, spreaders, spiked rollers and shoes in the same enquiry. The applicable quantity tier, packing details and order conditions will be reviewed for the selected items.

Send your logo artwork, preferred placement, packaging requirements and estimated order quantity. ARIK will review the available options for the selected tools and confirm the sample requirements, order conditions and quotation before production.

Include the models and configurations you want to evaluate, the intended application and the delivery destination in your enquiry. Sample availability, cost and shipping arrangements need to be confirmed for the selected items before an order is placed.
