Politique d'expédition

Policy version: 2026-10-29

We arrange delivery according to the confirmed product, quantity and destination. Samples, stocked tools, wholesale orders, custom production and large machines may use different preparation and freight arrangements. The accepted order identifies the applicable arrangement; this policy does not promise one worldwide delivery time or a universal free-shipping threshold.

1. Before we confirm shipping

Provide the destination country, delivery postcode and full address, consignee and contact details, product models, quantities and any required arrival date. For machinery, tell us about a commercial or residential address, receiving hours, unloading equipment, access limits and appointment requirements. We will confirm service availability and the quoted transport scope for that destination.

2. Preparation and production lead time

Preparation or production time is separate from transit time. The order should state stock status or production lead time and the conditions needed to start it, such as payment, specification confirmation, sample approval or approved artwork. Custom packaging, mixed-item consolidation or a requested inspection may affect the dispatch schedule. We will confirm a revised schedule if an agreed change affects timing.

We will distinguish an estimated dispatch or arrival date from any delivery commitment expressly accepted for the order. A website stock indication or product guide does not by itself confirm that every variant is ready to ship.

3. Freight scope and charges

Transport may be by courier, air, sea or another agreed service. The quotation should identify what is included, such as collection, main freight, final delivery, insurance, special packaging or an unloading service. Port, terminal, brokerage, storage, remote-area, redelivery or special-handling charges are not automatically included; any foreseeable excluded charges should be identified before acceptance. We do not add an unrelated charge to an accepted order merely by changing this policy.

4. Trade rules customs duties and risk

Where an Incoterms® rule is agreed, record the rule, named place or port and version, for example the agreed rule followed by the specified location and “Incoterms® 2020”. Delivery obligations, relevant freight costs, insurance and risk follow that rule and any valid order-specific provisions. Paying freight does not by itself mean that transit risk remains with the party paying it.

The accepted order must identify the importer and responsibility for export or import clearance, duties and taxes. Do not assume duty-paid delivery from a product price or the words “international shipping”. We will provide documents allocated to us; the buyer should provide accurate importer information and arrange obligations allocated to the buyer. Certificates and destination-specific documents must be confirmed for the model before shipment.

5. Tracking partial shipments and documentation

After dispatch, we provide the tracking or freight reference available for the selected service and relevant shipping information. Ocean or freight shipments may use transport documents rather than parcel tracking. If split shipments are proposed, we will confirm the dispatch plan and any effect on cost or receipt before proceeding. Review consignee and document details promptly so errors can be addressed before they cause a clearance problem.

6. Transit delays and changes

Carrier estimates may be affected by routing, customs checks, congestion, public holidays, weather or access arrangements. If we become aware of a material delay, we will communicate the information available and discuss practical next steps. An address change, missed appointment or refusal of delivery may create additional costs; responsibility depends on the cause and accepted order terms. Delays do not create a blanket exemption from our own contractual duties.

7. Receipt inspection and visible damage

At receipt, compare the package or pallet count with the transport documents and check for visible damage. Where practical, record damage or shortage on the delivery record, keep packaging and labels, and send photographs and the order reference promptly. An unboxing video may help but is not the only way to support a claim. Do not operate a machine that may be unsafe.

Carrier procedures can have strict notice periods, so prompt reporting helps preserve the evidence and available claim route. This is separate from the product warranty. A concealed manufacturing fault is not automatically rejected because it was not visible at delivery. Specific order inspection periods and mandatory rights remain applicable.

8. Lost damaged or incorrect shipments

Contact [email protected] with the order, shipment reference and available evidence. We will check dispatch records and help coordinate with the carrier or other responsible party. The remedy and costs follow the cause, the agreed allocation of risk and applicable law. Wrong or short supply attributable to us is an order-fulfillment issue, not a customer change-of-mind return. Product fault diagnosis and parts support follow the Return Policy.

9. Policy changes and shipping contact

Contact us before placing an order if your project depends on a particular delivery date or receiving condition. A later update to this policy does not change delivery, freight or risk terms already accepted for an order. For a shipment or documentation question, email [email protected] and include the order reference.
